Good files print great
- Transparent PNG is the gold standard. It prints exactly what you see. Not transparent? No problem, we help you remove the background when you upload.
- 300 DPI at print size is the sweet spot. We flag anything that would print below 150 DPI before you can order, so nothing blurry sneaks through.
- Keep fine detail above 0.02″. Hairline strokes and wispy fades thinner than that can fail in the press, so keep small text a little chunky.
- Spacing is handled for you. Pieces sit 0.3″ apart and stay 0.125″ off the film edge automatically, so nothing gets clipped when the sheet is trimmed.

What is a gang sheet?
One 22″ wide sheet packed with as many designs as fit. You order the length your layout needs, cut the pieces apart when they arrive, and press each transfer wherever it goes. It is the cheapest way to buy custom transfers, because you pay for film, not per design.
How does pricing work?
You pay for the length your layout uses on the 22″ roll, from 3″ up to 120″. The minimum sheet is $39, and that minimum covers a lot of length, so the builder tells you when you have free room left. Ordering 3, 5 or 10 sheets discounts every sheet.
DTF or UV DTF, which one do I need?
DTF transfers heat press into fabric: shirts, hoodies, hats, totes, most anything soft. UV DTF decals peel and stick onto hard surfaces: cups, tumblers, bottles, laptops, equipment. No heat press needed, and the bond is permanent.
Can I mix different designs on one sheet?
Yes. Different designs, different sizes, different quantities, all on the same sheet. That is the whole point of ganging.
I already have a finished gang sheet. Can you just print it?
Yes. Drop your finished sheet in as one file and we print it at its exact size. You only pay for the length it uses.
Do you check my files?
Every design gets checked for resolution and background problems while you build, and you approve the exact proof we print. If something looks off after you order, we reach out before it prints.
